WINDOW CLEANING
We clean windows with our pure water fed pole system*.
Your window frames, sills and front door will be cleaned as standard.
We clean windows up three stories high, as well as roof lights where accessible.
Our soft bristled brushes gently remove the dirt from your windows, frames, and sills then our pure water actively captures that dirt and rinses it off. The pure water evaporates, leaving you with an entirely clean and streak free window.
Part of our service is that you know the exact date we’ll clean, and the approximate time of day too!

interior window cleaning
We use specialised equipment and traditional methods of window cleaning for your interior windows.
We can also clean the interior of your conservatory this way.
conservatory VALETING
We use our pure water-fed pole system to remove algae and dirt from your exterior conservatory windows, frames and sills.
We also clean conservatory roofs, and interiors.
fascia, soffit & gutter Cleaning and clearance/
cladding cleaning
Over time gutters fill with debris, and dirt and algae build up on fascias, soffits, guttering, and cladding, making them dirty and tired.
Our soft cleaning brushes atop our water-fed poles easily get into these hard to reach places, and our gutter vacuum clears gutters of debris.
solar and thermal panel cleaning
We use our approved soft bristled brushes atop our pure water-fed poles to clean both solar panels and thermal panels.
Clean panels will optimise the energy output of your system.

What is Pure Water?
Pure water is just normal water with all the impurities removed. Simple really!
The facts about water in our area
In our area, water from the tap is classed as a ‘Moderately Hard’ by Bournemouth Water - that’s a 7/10 on the hardness scale, which we’re sure you’ve noticed from how soon your kettle becomes scaled.
If normal tap water were used on your windows, the water would evaporate but the minerals in that water would remain to leave a white residue. We, therefore, filter our water into pure water.
How does filtration work?
Normal water is forced through our 5 specialised filters:
1. A Sediment filter
2. A Carbon filter
3. A Reverse Osmosis (RO) Unit
4. A Primary De-Ionisation (DI) Unit
5. A Secondary De-Ionisation (DI) Unit
The pure water is then stored in a large tank onboard our vehicle, where its connected to our water fed extendable poles that we use to clean your home.
Monitoring purity: We have two 'Total Dissolved Solid' (TDS) digital readers that constantly measure water purity from the process' start to finish.
Pure water is eco-friendly as no cleaning chemicals are needed.
Pure water acts as a magnet for dirt and draws it away from your windows.
Pure water discourages new dirt from sticking to your windows.
Pure water won’t damage the beautiful plants in your garden.
We filter our own water - so we know it’s pure.
Safety and Insurance
We pride ourselves on safety - It's much safer to clean from the ground than to work from height using a ladder. If it's necessary for us to use a ladder, we adhere to strict safety guidelines.
We have safety signage which we use in public areas, such as on footpaths.
